Training Needs Assessment: Integration of Climate Change Adaptation in Disaster Risk Reduction, was conducted for ASDMA by AIDMI with the objective of delivering a comprehensive TNA study report that integrates climate change adaptation in disaster risk reduction. Numerous people contributed through sharing of experience and expertise, both. The study was conducted under the GoI and UNDP programme on ‘Enhancing Institutional and Community Resilience to Climate Change’, and led by ASDMA in Assam state of India.
