AIDMI organised the Virtual Roundtable on ‘Accelerating Extreme Heat Responses: Key Perspectives from India’ on Wednesday, September 11, 2024, from 4:00 pm to 5:30 pm IST. This discussion was guided by the special issue of Southasiadisasters.net produced by many of the panel members.
The rate at which heat is becoming extreme is faster than the rate at which the responses are being taken in India. Therefore there is an urgent need to accelerate a wide range of responses. Join the roundtable to understand why the acceleration and key responses in India matter to India and the world.
